Haha - well, just for the record, Englebreit is CUTE CUTE CUTE as well, so you are well on your way! Cute is not something bad - you probably have heard it a lot - but it means so many things: comforting, pleasing, welcoming, huggable, etc. It can be disheartening when we hear one constant descriptor for our art. Mine is "that's different", I started to hear it so much I began to think it was a bad thing. Then a teacher of mine told me "If enough people are giving you the same feedback on your art, it just might be your strong suit, NOT your crutch." I hope his advice helps you as much as it keeps helping me.
